I suppose he could also just be a little flaky, or he's just busy. Give him another week, and then give up. Move on. I mean, he asked you for your digits, right? It's only polite for the person who asked to make the first move. As a Texan, I believe in manners, my folks basically beat them into me. They're the best defense against getting shot at a bar.

This is so annoying because this very thing is after happening to me! I knew he'd never call. He asked for my number but I told him no and said he'd never call me. That in the morning he won't remember what I look like or my name and he said he would call, he wore me down so I caved and gave him my number and took his!! We were even texting later on and arranged a date but I haven't heard from him since! Drunk guys are dicey at the best of times....
