Yes. Why go through this alone? It's bad luck that the condom broke, but you shouldn't have to deal with the consequences yourself. If you're late, he'd want to know. Unless he's a scumbag, he'll be there with you through whatever happens. Then, get a pregnancy test. Don't wait. Find out whether or not you're pregnant as soon as possible.
Too many women think they need to go through this kind of thing alone. Whether he's a one-night stand, or a guy you're seeing, he's just as responsible for what happened. Of course the ultimate decision is yours, but there's no reason why you should have to go through everything alone.
He wants to know. And hopefully, he wants to help with whatever you choose. Don't wait any longer. Good luck!
Agreed
awesome answer. you will find out a lot about him when you tell him as well, even if this is just a false alarm. not saying that's why you should tell him, but that is a silver lining for you. no, you shouldn't have to do it alone. if he finds out later, he will likely wonder why you didn't tell him, and that wouldn't be an easy conversation to have either. just rip the bandaid off and good luck!!
BTW why didn't you just go to your pharmacy and pick up some Plan B?
Even better still, buy Plan B before a condom breaks, keep it in your purse, wallet or wherever. Then, when/if one does break you are prepared and it works 95% of the time if taken the same day.
I think it's fair to say he has a right to know.
