However, to answer your secondary questions - do you honestly think these creeps have friends? The pictures are trophies, plain and simple. Sad wank fodder for a guy who is terrified of women - usually terrified of people - and who knows that he'll never, ever touch a real live woman as long as he lives. Ain't got the guts to try, or the guts to simply go get laid by a professional and stop his shit. A totally sad and pathetic human being.
In a way, I feel (incredibly slightly, almost microscopically) sorry for them. We are on the net here, and porn is absolutely everywhere, yet they reallize something is missing. They just ain't got the balls to do something about it, but are instead happy with their little, badly lit titillating camera shots of a real person that they actually have seen. Followed. Maybe sniffed their perfume. Yeah, that is getting creepier by the second.
The deal is, you get one of these guys bother you, kick them damned hard in the crotch. It isn't as if they are actually using the bits kept there, so you are doing no long term damage.

Perhaps you should have mentioned that this is street harassment and it's so common there's a website where you can post pictures/stories of the creeps who do this so that every woman in the world knows who it is and to avoid them/report them:

This happened to me once while I was at my bosses house with my boyfriend. As I was sitting on my guys lap I caught my bosses son (incidentally my Ex), takin pic after pic. He didnt think I noticed, but I decided not to mention it.

I had a rather large chest in highschool, I remember sitting outside of the drama class room on the floor working on a script with a group and i hear a CLICK!
