This is totally me... I don't trust my instincts at all anymore and I'm clueless as what to really do. I thought I had overcome it, then turned out he was a bad boy too and I didn't realize it. I hate when that happens. I'm doing something, falling for something and I don't know how to undo it either.. and it sucks...
I had the same problem of looking too much at how the guy looked and not finding out who he really was and finding out if we were compatible on the really important issues before becoming intimate. I decided to totally change what I was doing by 1) only dating men close to my age 2) waiting to be intimate with them until I knew they were compatible and I felt something real for them. In the course of that experiment the ones who wanted sex right away dropped off fast and I met someone who I never would have thought of dating....totally different. And.....I'm happier than I've ever been!
