Personally?
I much prefer brunettes to blondes, especially bottle blondes. Tat's, if they are well done, are fine and can be quite fun to play with. Try making an ice stylus, or using a feather to trace the tat for a little extra kick during foreplay.
Lip or tongue piercings - total turn off and a dealbreaker for me. Just detest them.

Look--I hate it when people ask "questions" like this. It. Depends. On. The. GUY.
It's pointless to ask if one guy likes tattoos. Some guys think they're trashy and a turn-off, some guys think they're the hottest thing ever.
And the whole hair color thing? Please. Any guy that won't go for a hot, awesome girl because she's a blonde instead of a brunette needs a lobotomy.
