All men? No. D-bags? Yes.
Everybody makes snap judgments, but realistically, the only guy you even want to have a one night stand with is the one smart enough to know it's the brain in the head, not just the body in the dress.

I must be a douchebag then because I decide if someone is someone is hot enough to sleep with as soon as I see them.....even strangers. Personality matters much more in the end, but I do automatically say "mmmm" or "nope". I think most people do.
I'm with you on that, I do the same and thought everyone would its just human nature. Its not always the good looking ones that get a yes from me though, sometimes theres an x factor where you just think mmm, could be a certain laugh, a nice smile, a really clever shirt, the way he carries himself, a spark in his eye anything really. Just recently I was introduced to a guy in a half set-up kind of way and before I could do the yes/no he was going mad at my friends adorable dog, that is an an instant turn of.
I'm with RP on this one, there have been more than a few instances where at first glance I wasn't necessarily attracted to someone in a sexual way, and then that changed over time.
As it seems like we are talking about one night stands (according to RPs answer, not sire where that came from), I'd say yes, there is a snap decision on first look. Mainly because in a bar or a party, there is just no other way to do this, you don't have the time to get to know every girl/guy. Questioning that would be questioning the existence of physical attractiveness.
When it comes to relationships, that's a whole different thing.Tthose usually evolve from something different, either with someone you already know for some time, or spent time together (maybe went on some dates), or as a distant last place, a one night stand, who turns out to be worth keeping.
I wouldn't worry about this.
Every woman I know mentally decides right away if a guy is doable or not. I’m not saying they act on it; it’s just a quick mental note about a guy. It’s pretty harmless. I guess we are D-bags as well, lol.
