Ask and ye shall receive. Here is your ten-step plan to finding someone special...
1. Stop telling yourself you have a lot of limitations.
Steps 2-6. Stop telling others you have limitations. People believe what you tell them. If you walk through life thinking you can do anything, people will respond to that. Just don't be a jerk about it, like Spencer from The Hills or those mutants on Jersey Shore.
7. Examine these things you consider "limitations" and see if they actually are limiting you. Maybe some will be serious enough for you to consider seeking outside help like counseling or therapy. I can only speculate without specifics, but it could be that some are self-imposed.
8. Make yourself available. Unless you start a torrid love affair with the mailman, "Mr. Right" isn't going to just knock on your door. (Unless your mailman's last name is Wright.) Put yourself out there; be it through taking up new hobbies that get you out of the house, going to parties or online dating.
9. Take measures to make yourself happy. Pursue the things you love, learn something new, do nice things for your friends and family. Get yourself to a good place before worrying about love, and perhaps love will find you. (I should be a guru!)
10. Don't listen to haters.
Good luck!

It all starts with how we think. Limitations are only limitations because we believe they limit us.
"Get yourself to a good place before worrying about love, and perhaps love will find you."
All guru jokes aside, that's the most perfect advice there is. Getting yourself to where you are truly, deeply happy, it suddenly, "miraculously" brings all the right friends and lovers into your life. Go figure. ;)
Agreed! Confident people are sexy and attracts others, no matter how they look and who they are. And the best way to give a confident image is to feel good about oneself.
Love yourself and others will follow :)
I'm dying to know what these "limitations" are!!!! Good job on the advice, Geek. :)
Awesome response, I don't even have anything to add!
