I can honestly say that I've never been called King before. Even playing Checkers, nobody would respect my crown. Those were down years.
Anyway, I like it and shall refer to myself as King Jackson moving forward. To your question...it is ALWAYS better to be the talkative interesting girl initially. In order to get somebody interested in you as a person, and not just what you have under your dress there needs to be substance. Of course, it's everything in moderation. No dude wants to date a chick who literally never shuts up. But we also don't enjoy quiet chicks that never speak either.
Here's a question for you though, how can you be one or the other. I know folks have their representatives going on the first few dates but there's such a stark contrast between the two. I can see a talkative chick just deciding to shut up, but what if you're a quiet girl by nature. Being talkative isn't that easy.
As King, I say that its best to just be yourself (which you already know), but realize that all guys are different. But being interesting is never a minus. Unless you are annoying AND interesting. I know a chick who's interesting as all hell but man is she just annoying. Good heart that one, but she likes to drive people up the walls whenever she can. Clownstyle.
