It really depends on the guy.
First, it must be said that some guys literally will not notice something is fake. Of those that do notice, most probably won't care. Of those that care, most probably won't bother you in the first place.
It also depends on how they're applied. A woman with double-Ds, a wig that looks like she scalped Farrah Fawcett, and six inch nails is going to get a considerably different reaction from a woman who is a bit more restrained.
That said, if you like it, wear it. Don't worry about what guys think, wear what you like and the guys will come as they please.
