I'm sure some do, but they don't deserve one. Or, for that matter, a date in the first place.
It's your body. No matter how expensive dinner was, you don't owe sexual favors to somebody because they paid for a meal. Anybody who tells you otherwise is a jerk and should be ignored.

It's your body; you do what YOU want with it. Don't do anything because it's expected of you, that not how it works.
Also if you asking cause that's what some guy expected. Know that he is a major ass and you need never to speak to him again.
Most want and would love one but up to you really. So long as they get one soonish and of course you good Ladies swallow the lot then I think eveyone will be more than happy ;-)

- Would like one? Almost certainly.
- Would it convince him to date you? I don't think so, it could, or it could have the opposite effect. Depends on the guy's self esteem I guess.
