For the most part, no. They could care less what it looks like down there except, as you pointed out, for grooming. Then again they mostly do look pretty similar. I mean, not unlike snowflakes, no two are identical, but they generally all tend to look something like a cross between a squid and an eyebrow.

This is another yes and no. Some do, some don't.

I have been witht the same man for more than ten years but lately i've noticed that our sex life has gone down hill. Everyone has cycles and there could be plenty of other reasons.
Stress is a big one. If something big changed recently and he's having trouble adapting that can nuke a sex drive, especially if he's losing sleep over it.
Could there be a change in the employment situation? Or his health? As Laje said, stress can really affect libido and performance. Most men are defined by their work and if there's anything playing with the normal balance of things - it'll come home with him. Stress is an amazing thing - you'd be surprised at exactly how much it can affect you and how many ways it can present itself.
I've never met one I didn't like. You're fine, I'm sure. Surgery for aesthetic reasons is pretty extreme.
