While I've definitely come across some women who absolutely stunned me with how gorgeous they were - this actually happened to me this weekend, chick was absolutely instantly wifeable - I can't say that I ever really resort to thanking God for his creation.
Mostly because I'm pretty sure it says somewhere in the Bible to actually not do that. Perhaps its in Tupac 4:78 or something. My Bible knowledge has been a bit rusty lately.
Hey, hey...did you know that Christopher Walken WASN'T in the Bible? I know, it threw me off too.
My question then becomes, are you too intimidated to talk to or deal with this person since you have placed them on this otherwordly pedestal? Because I think that's when it becomes a problem. That's mostly because when you meet people like that, they rarely live up to the person you've created in your imagination. I've had that happen before. I had this chick I thought was so perfect, and she was actually interested in me in return. Turns out, I couldn't stand her after a few months.
There's an old adage, "Show me a beautiful woman and I'll show you a man who's tired of *CENSORED* her." I'm sure that translates across genders.
just out of curiosity, what couldn't you stand about her? personality or was it impossible for her to meet your expectations of her being perfect?
Two words: Colin O'Donoghue. The moment he appeared onscreen in The Rite, I was in love-lust. He's absolutely stunningly gorgeous.
The way I've heard it is "One guy's perfect woman is probably some other guy's pain in the ass"....
