Meh, why not. I normally discourage curiosity, but hey - it's pets.
I have a tank full of tropical fish, some of which are not floating belly up on the surface. Really need to skim the tank again, the pirahna is getting fat and lazy again.
Half a horse, which I ride every chance I get, and which gets groomed rather more than I do.
And the house is owned by three cats: Fleabag, Brainless, and Nameless the kitten. All strays that just wandered in and made themselves at home, or, in Nameless' case, was born on my favorite shirt at 3 am with much wailing on Brainless' part.
I like you just because you have fish!
Is there peace between the fish and the cats/kitten?
The cats love watching the fish tank, but only rarely decide to help themselves to a snack.
Oh my heh heh, maybe you should strategically place some cat food near the fish tank to ward off predatory behavior.
Take the food bowls out of the kitchen? There would be a revolt of the furry classes.
