Yes, white men generally like black women, but that's because men, if they're heterosexual, like women in general, as a rule. Name any race, and the straight guys like hot women, regardless of what race they're a part of. Skin color doesn't matter on a biological level, what matters is if you're hot.
I seriously doubt you need me to tell you that socially, it's more complicated than that. Getting into why from a honky perspective would probably take a book, and somebody probably already wrote it, but suffice to say, yes, white men will find you hot. But unless they're either very confident, drunk, or want a long-term relationship, you're probably not going to hear about it.
