Remember a while back when everyone freaked out when Brandi Chastain tore off her shirt and revealed her sports bra after winning the World Cup? Everyone was all, "Heavens! You can see like half her stomach! Won't someone think of the children???" Over a decade later, the children are fine and Chastain has became a trivia question on Jeopardy.

Celebrities like Emma Watson go around wearing only a sports bra in public all the time. They're really not that scandalous. If a guy is excited by the sight of a woman in a sports bra, he must be pretty hard up. "Wow! You can see her clavicle! So hot" Do you wear a bikini to the beach? Sports bras are far less revealing.
Now, if your bust approaches Christina Hendricks levels of bountifulness, I can see how you might feel self-conscious. But since the entire purpose of a sports bra is to minimize, uh, bounce, there really isn't anything to worry about. Creeps will ogle you whether you're wearing a sports bra or an old Coldplay concert t-shirt. Don't worry about them. If you feel confident showing off your abs, sports bra it up! I think it's ok. Most of them are like cropped tops. I don't do it personally because it makes me uncomfortable (I belong in the 'approaching Hendricks' category) but I don't see anything obscene/indecent about it at all.
No! Don't do it. It is not cute or sexy. It is just like men walking around bare chested. Maybe 5% of the male population of the world can pull it off.
Why do ALL guys think they look hot like that anyway? I’m glad that Matthew McConaughey decided to put his shirt back on. It gets old after awhile. But hey, guys more visual; they must we think we are too.

If you're doing it for yourself, there's nothing wrong with wearing only a sports bra. Exercising can be (physically) hot, if you're comfortable- go for it.
An issue of personal preference.
Whatever makes you comfortable but does not cause an accidental watersports are fine... :)

Jesus Christ. She's EXERCISING. It's a matter of comfort, not of how much you can sex yourself up. Don't go scrutinizing your abs in the mirror to decide if you can "pull it off"! If it's comfortable, go for it.
