I got drunk and made out with my now boyfriend the night I met him. Well... we did a lot more than make out, haha. We've been together for a year and a half now, and we're moving in together soon :)
It means there are some sparks. He should take the next step, if he doesn't gently hint to him you're definitely interested in something more. For all you know, he's had feelings for you but weren't sure how you felt and didn't want to risk the friendship.
