It sounds to me like he's playing you off. Or is the most tired guy on the planet. If I were you, I'd confront him about what's really going on? For two weekends he's managed to not make time for you because he was sleeping. Nobody would believe that.
So there has to be something else up. And you need to understand what is really going on.
But from where I'm standing, it looks like he just doesn't feel like being bothered with you and is making that pretty clear.

Thanks Panama. He goes through phases like this, and I get that he does it because we're not in a relationship. But I'm really finding it strange. He is an honest person but I can't help but wonder maybe he met someone else??? Obviously after a year and a half of just dating we're not going anywhere. He is possibly moving in the next year for work so I can't see why he would go through the trouble of dating a new girl. I've definitely been thrown off by this now I can't help but think of what could possibly be going on.
I'm hoping this weekend I will have the chance to talk to him. If he wants to see me that is.
