Not sure why, but this question literally made me bust into laughter. I'm sure its seeing the words "feel me up" actually written out, but either way, good damn job.
On to the question. Look sister, there aren't too many guys out there who would joke about being gay, especially not just to feel you up. Guys like hitting home runs. Feeling you pu puts him squarely at second-base, the furthest base from home. And essentially, you thinking he's gay means that the pitcher is next up to bat, which means he's stranded on base.
Guys do not like being stranded on base. Hell, we feel you all up HOPING that you're going to let us into your skivvies. If a guy tells you he's gay, feels you up (let's be clear, gay guys do more than just feel up thights, they grab boobs, butts, toes, shoulders, etc.), then says that he's actually straight...well, that's sexual harassment. And trust me, you'd TOTALLY be thinking about pressing charges.
Men know this, plus, if we say we're gay and then you go tell somebody else who then tells somebody else, we'd spend all of our time trying to convince peopel that we aren't gay. You see how time consuming that is?
With all that said, 99.9 percent of men wouldn't call themselves gay unless they were. It's still something that is taboo (enough) in our society to keep most of us on our toes. He just likes feeling you up because, well, that's what gay guys do. They watch you get undressed and help you pick out clothes and they tell you to firm up your booty and lift your boobs, then they physically show you where they should be. It's gay privelege.

I had a gay best friend in high school who would grab my ass and my boobs and just pretty much feel me up, just for the fun of it. He was a *very* touchy feely guy. And he was most definantly gay.

I knew a guy who literally acted gay to get with girls. I'm not entirely sure how or why, but it actually worked. He was just labeled the complete freak and weirdo at school. :)
It's just something gay guys will do. A lot of the time it's the flamboyant ones. Why they do it, is a complete mystery.

I've never met a gay guy who didn't love breasts. It's hardwired into us men. And the gay guys I worked with when I was a hairdresser would molest the women all the time, just for kicks.

Funny! A gay guy I know is fascinated by boobs. I never realised it could be a general thing. I guess it is the attraction of the unknow, and since they can't get some breast touching from their partners, I can see how they would grag the boobs of their friends just for fun.
I'll have to ask other gay men what is their position re. breast. I'm curious to know if it is indeed a universal feeling...
I also know some gay men who like ladies legs because we wax and moisturize, so it's all hairless and soft, hence the atraction for the question asker's friend toward her thighs.
Personnally, I'm not a big fan of gay boob graping. They can pinch my ass as much as they want, but I keep my breast for myself and lovers. It's a VIP zone :)
There are also straight females who love to grab their friends' boobs. I've never understood that, unless it means that my friends are perverts because I've never felt the compulsion to do it.

The best thing you can do is ask him about it. Many of my gay friends are fascinated by my boobs, but no one dares to touch them (for obvious reasons, they're a private zone). I have been asked, however, by gay men, whether they could touch them -- I just flat out ask why. It seems that they're fascinated by these things on our chest; it's curiosity.
If the guy is straight, he'd probably blush a deep shade of red and stutter, because while he's been looking at them, he's been reenacting whatever fantasy (we don't want to know) in his head. A gay guy would probably amicably tell you the reason for his fascination.

I have several gay male friends and none of them have ever tried to feel me up, or anything...until recently. One of the gay guys that I have known for about 6 months keeps trying to kiss me all the time, grab my ass and hug me really close.
