What kind is it and how up front are you about it?
It's one thing if you have something fairly mild that allows you to function, or your doctor has found a good mix of medication for you, but quite another if you're still getting a handle on it. Either way, it is a good thing to discuss early on in the relationship.
That said, if your life doesn't revolve around your treatment, there's no reason your dating life should. Just be honest and any guy worth keeping won't mind.
What he said. As a girl with bipolar disorder, any guy I date needs to know fairly early on that I have this issue, but he also needs to realize that the vast majority of the time I'm stable. Mental disorders, especially if they're serious and/or not quite properly treated, can unfortunately be a big part of your life. I will point out that if your mental illness is still so out-of-control that it's greatly impacting your ability to function, you're probably not ready to date yet. If you can function, then any guy who can't deal with the thought of you occasionally needing a little extra understanding and TLC, or who thinks you're crazy, is not a guy worth dating.
