The only cure to something like this is time.
Of course he's still angry at you; how would you feel if he was being a jerk to your male friends? Even if you are making an effort, he's still going to have to come around. The best starting place, if you haven't already, is to apologize to the friends you were rude to, which will have to happen anyway.
As for the make-up sex, well, he's got to be in the mood, just like anyone else.
What the.....What??!!! You need to give him time to forgive you. Don't be so selfish to think that apologizing will make him want to have sex with you. You messed up, and your actions have consequences. So don't try and rush things or you'll lose him for good.
First of all you can't MAKE a person feel a particular way. I can understand why he is mad at you. Apologizing is a good start but making more of an effort? What about just being nice? You will lose him if he is a quality guy. He won't put up with such immature and insecure behavior. Sounds like you have a bit of personal work to do on yourself.
Make him? That sounds sort of manipulative and is just more of the same bad behavior. Why not just apologize, promise to do better and actually do better. Suck it up and wait for him to come around. If he doesn't, you blew it with him. A good rule of thumb is to not be a bitch to people.
