Secondly, each relationship is different and individual, even the reply that Nick gave was from his experience. In my experience, guys like a good cook, it tells them that the woman, however "modern" she is, the girl still knows the traditional stuff like cooking and baking etc. It isn't degrading, but guys too want to curl up and eat some pie and want to be looked after... as to being "whipped"... why would you want a guy who's a pussy? Being loved is a much better way of knowing that someone respects you and wants to spend time with you, not follow you around like a lap dog for christs sake!

And what guy isn't gunna say pie/cake and sex aren't good... but the whole relationship isn't based on that, it was part of it. It's an image, and example, not a "whole truth".

this answer is hilarious. but crazy enough its exactly what i do to keep my man happy. plenty of sex (keeps me happy too) and i make him homemade cheesecake every few weeks.
