Well I generally never did either "jobs" (maybe the word "job" was an instant turn-off for me?) and that never seemed to bother any guy too much. I have given a hand-job only a handful of times. Eventually my arm muscle is too tired to go on. So, yeah, it can't be all that important if I've dated several people and never found not giving them to be a problem.
