Sure they care. Life can be cruel. I don't make up man's nature I just report on it. You see, guys want their women to be unlike them. You know, perfect. Flawless.
Acne, bacne, pimply backs are a threat to that unrealistic ideal. The upside or downside to all this is, guess what, women care too. If I asked 100 women, "do you care if a guy has bacne?" They'll say, sure.
But here's the more important fact: most adults can contextualize zits. A person's entire identity does not boil down to one boil, zit or puss filled cyst. If it did, the human race would have died thousands of years ago.
So, do guys care? Yes, but in real life the majority of guys care in the sense that they notice bacne, they'd prefer you not to have it, but also accept "tolerate" some bacne, as it is often beyond biological control and far less important than say - a beautiful personality or a chick with rotten teeth.
When it comes to things like zits, The Golden Rule usually rules: Push thyself to stop being a shallow prick; just as thou wants others to not get all hung up about the cluster of blackheads on thy chin.
well....if its not on your face its defenitly on your ass (thats my take on zits). Big f*cking deal. Everyone has had a zit somewhere strange, get some body wash with salylic acid, put some clearisil on that shit and move the fuck on.
Oh, and if any man ragged on you for something so stupid, bypass that moron ASAP.
If you showed 100 people a picture of a back with acne, I'm sure most won't be turned on. But if you find out that the SO you know and care about happens to have bacne, it's becomes another quirk to tolerate. Everyone's got something weird about them.
Word. And thy shalt not be exalted and aggravated if thy man watches Footeball. Try some vinegar, it dries out the pimples. And as Mr. Funny puts it, confidence and love in yourself is the most sexy trait you can have. Haven't you ever fallen for a guy with something unusual or not attractive feature? ;)
