Even if you weren't there, staring them down like that is weird. If you must, you do the quick look, then back to your date. Omg this totally happened to me right after my b.f. got me to move to Seattle with him. I kinda up and left everything from a different state we had gone out for six months before. Anyways every time we were driving together in the car he would go out of his way to stare down another girl that was driving in her car. He wouldn't stop staring until she looked back and then he would smile (flirt). This was every time we drove together. Is that weird or is that weird?! He figured he got me to Seattle and than I would never leave him no matter what. I could not determine if he did this as we were walking because we were both looking forward, but he probably did. Well guess what I did leave him! What a A**hole. No guy in my opinion should ever do that. It's total disrespect and makes you feel like a total 0. I think it's a power thing too. Good luck.
