I play water polo so my legs are big and muscular. Guys always make comments about strong thighs and innuendos about them. I was just curious as to why they comment on them and why?

You, my friend, have stumbled upon a truth: guys have a fascination, nay, an erotic obsession with muscular, female thighs. And yes, you being a water poloist, will be in the hot seat for that sort of attention. The question is why and the answer is primitive, sexual and two fold.

Fold One:  Do you know what I can do TO A GIRL like that?
Guys equate your muscular legs with you being super acrobatic and inventive and bed. It's sort of like seeing a gymnast balancing on her pinky or feeding herself an apple with her feet. It stirs the mind and awakens the loins. Your thigh circumference evokes the same idiotic fantasies. Boy, I'd love to take a ride in the sheets with that powerhouse.

Fold Two: Do you know what a girl like that can do TO ME?
Now, this one is a bit harder to swallow, probably more so for the guys reading this: there is the desire to be submissive, to feel utterly powerless and dominated by the muscular thighs of a woman. Women are not supposed to be stronger, thicker, and burlier than their man; the idea of being confronted with that is alluring and kinky. I'm not saying this is right or wrong, good or bad, I'm saying guys see your thighs and it brings up psychosexual feelings of being controlled -- "man handled." Most guys won't readily say it, but their subconscious is whispering to them: Ooh, I want to be chocked by those thunder thighs. I don't want to always be the muscle in bed. I want to squirm like a trapped piglet between those water polo legs. Crush me, pretty please.

Case in point: check out this viral video that was featured on Tosh.O, a few weeks back.  It shows a woman in high heels with bodacious  thunder thighs CRUSHING a whole WATERMELON between her legs. That, my friends, is Juicy.

I wouldn't say I have muscular thighs / legs but they aint exactly skinny, and my legs are toned as I bicycle. While moving in together my bf was behind me on stairs and says "baby you have weight lifters legs" wellll, I would disagree, they arent THAT toned, but know he was meaning it as a compliment, he loves my legs and the things they can do ;) guys find athletic girls a turn on, I think its not just your body, its the thoughts of how much stamina etc you have.

I have muscular legs...not extremely muscular, but more than what I'm comfortable with...I play tennis nd soccer so I guess it comes along but they are something that I still have not gotten used to and in all my previous relationships, I have been self conscious about them. Not once have I met a guy that is particularly turned on by my thighs, but I sure do hope you right funny guy because losing muscle mass is wayy more difficult than losing fat...thanks for sharing this new insight..gives me more confidence about my "thunder thighs" ;) ..oh how I hate those 2 words

oooh, I like this one. My legs are built to withstand pretty much anything. I'm generally quite slim, but naturally very strong with sturdy thighs and round bottom. Men have always admired my legs and butt and told me they were sexy and it's only in recent years that I've started to believe it myself... :)

Great breakdown on the two points about guys loving a woman's muscular legs (thighs, quads, and calves). You are spot on about your points.
