Screw the pyjamas idea. If you're more comfortable sleeping naked then stick to that. Just talk to him, ask him to dial it down to a level you're comfortable with. It might take a couple of nudges but odds on he'll tone it down without getting offended or anything.
I think what it is thats bothering you is that your boyfriend feels like he owns your body since you're his girlfriend. But ultimately its YOUR body. Any type of sexual stuff that happens to it needs to be initiated when you're awake and can well, give consent to that sort of thing. Just because he's your boyfriend, it doesnt mean he can just use your body for fun while you sleep. If you dont want your nipples stimulated then you shouldn't be receiving stimulation.
I would definitely talk to him and tel him that it makes you feel uncomfortable when this happens. Guy's testosterone levels peak in the morning which makes them extra horny. I'm sure he just wants sex and isnt trying to make you uncomfortable. That being said, i find anyone who watches someone else sleep to be REALLY creepy!!

I would say it depends on how long it's been going on as to how creepy it is. He's probably just got to used used to having a naked chick laying in his bed every night. Once the newness wears off he will probably back off.
You should be happy that he does that it means he is attracted to you and does it out of affection and love for you. I also like to sleep naked and love waking up to that. It makes me feel wanted and sexy. Now would you rather have him do that to you or do that to some other girl just because you diden't like it. You have to please your man in order to keep him happy.
