Obviously this guy has found somebody else he wants to date, and he's too much of a chicken to tell you directly because he's scared you might be slightly upset with him. I doubt that butt-dial was unintentional.
In short, he's a loser and you're well rid of him. It's too bad he didn't have the decency to speak with you, but still, you win on this one.
I would say any boy (sorry, can't use the term man because I don't think he is) that publicly sums up a good date as having found a winner, is a loser. Be happy he's no longer objectifying you as he obviously is this poor girl, and hope she wises up to him soon as well.
