Guys are pretty deft at determining what a woman's shape is under all her clothes. So you're not going to be surprising him with what your look like once the naked time starts. If he's attracted to you with your clothes on, he'll be attracted to you with your clothes off.
Please don't get in your head about it. Don't let any uncertainty about your body affect the way you are, either in the bedroom or in the real world. Just live your life, and have sex the way you want to have sex. On top, on the bottom, wearing boxing gloves, all of it is just fine. You'll be just fine, and any guy you're with will have a grand old time in bed with you.

MM is right, if a man has gone all the way to become naked with you, to get sexually intimate with you, he already knows, knew long before, what your body was like, even under the clothes, and was fine with it. Only very desperate men would have sex with a woman they didn't think was attractive, and most women would have detected it long before it got to the point of sex.
I will warn you though, if you do let your insecurities get in the way of giving it your best during sex, what will probably happen is HIS insecurities will kick in, and HE will think YOU find him unattractive or turned off by HIS flaws. I try to believe this; I'm sure it's the case with a lot of men.
