That depends. When did he call, before or after he was two hours late? And why was he two hours late--did he wreck his car on the way over or did he just get "tied up"? Also, is he frequently late for dates or is this the first time? Did he ever show up or did you just cancel the date?
I couldn't go out with anyone who was two hours late for a date without a very good reason and who didn't let me know in advance that they would be delayed. It's just common courtesy. Whether your dude is not into you or just a rude, thoughtless guy, I can't say, but neither of those is desirable in a relationship.
