Don't wait around for him to cheat. You made the mistake of getting involved with a shady dude, and through snooping (a practice that we don't encourage, by the way), you saw (big surprise!) that he is getting ready to cheat. Luckily, you caught him before he cheated. Now you have the evidence. What, are you going to wait for him to actually sleep with one of these girls? Tell him that you trusted him, and he's proved himself to be shady. Break up with him before he actually cheats on you. And learn from this mistake -- if you know he's shady going into the relationship, it's safe to say he'll be shady with you.
Frankly, I expected better of Snoopy. He always prepares the finest Thanksgiving dinners with his pal Woodstock.

I took it as this girl using "Snoopy" as a cutesy was of saying "I know snooping is wrong." I don't think she did it on accident--that would be one hell of a typo considering the capitalization.
Anyway, I don't know what you're waiting for. Dump him ASAP. Between his condemning actions and your mistrust/snooping, this relationship is a-goner.
Perhaps it was written on an iPhone or Android with autocorrect? That would automatically capitalise as well if it thought she was trying to say Snoopy rather than snooping.
Bottom line he obviously isn't that into you because he is looking elsewhere, that is not going to change. Move on to a guy who is thrilled to be with you and counts himself lucky every day. Dump this loser!
