BlackBerry, but the iPhone is definitely tempting. I've held out because I like my phone to, you know, actually make phone calls. The iPhone can basically do everything except allow you to carry on a conversation via the telephone machine. Now that iPhone is coming to Verizon, it's definitely more appealing. But, from what I've heard, you can't do voice and data simultaneously and you can't use it internationally in case you have to, I don't know, travel to Siberia for some reason. (Engadget has an early look at the pros and cons of the Verizon iPhone.)
iPhone is definitely ahead of BlackBerry in terms of apps, games, and firing lasers (it's coming), but dropped calls, low battery life, and the lack of a keyboard for texting and emailing are common complaints. Droids offer email, Internet, apps, video chat, and all that good stuff, plus they have a physical keyboard option for those of us who get annoyed with touchscreens and/or have giant, ape-like thumbs.
Of course, there's one ultimate reason to get an iPhone: It just plain looks awesome. At the end of the day, when cellphones become obsolete and we're all communicating via brainwaves, Apple will be remembered not for their quality products but for their brilliant design work. While their arrogance is annoying, it's hard to deny the sleekness, portability, and physical beauty of their products.
Though, ironically, AT&T's network will probably improve once everybody jumps to Verizon. So maybe now is the time to get on that bandwagon.
Readers, are you iPhone junkies or BlackBerry nerds?

I've had an iPhone with AT&T for the last year and a half and I came from having a blackberry. I couldn't be happier with it and I've yet to have a dropped call.
Iphone here :) AT&T sucks but i love iphone so i'll just suck it up! Lol
An iphone with keyboard would be the answer for me.
For the time being, I please myself with my paleolithic nokia.
iPhone (and all around Apple junkie) chiming in. I've also have never had a problem with dropped calls and battery life.
The option of using voice and data at the same time and automatically hooking up to another network internationally is why I won't leave AT&T. The one time I went international with Verizon it was a disaster! I was cleared to use my phone in my destination country but couldn't use it during my three hour stop-over in Heathrow (really, Verison, really?).

Depends where you live. AT&T works perfectly in South Florida, I've heard not so much in CA or some big cities. Assuming both networks work where you live, the iPhone kicks the blackberry's ass. Also depends how much you want to spend a month.
iPhone!!! all the way, baby!!!
i switched from b-berry to iPhone and wont EVER go back!! :)
and another comment... the iphones have a keyboard, its just a touch keyboard - and a whole lot easier to use than those micro keys that bb's have...
one of my very best friends is a guy that has giant ape-like thumbs and he switched to the iphone cause it was easier for him than the bb.. he played with my phone and LOVED it; switched the next day.
i havent had problems with dropping calls; and with the iphone 4 the battery life problem was dramatically improved!!
it rocks your socks! :)

I know it's probably messed up.. But I have both.. Even though I'm an apple person.. Had to get a phone when I was working in Germany for 2 month as my iPhone was locked at a time.. Love the iPhone as the main phone and Internet browsing, etc. But BB is brilliant whe your friends live all over the world so bbm is very cheap also, when travelling, iPhone Internet costs a fortune bb is a lot cheaper.. So now I'm stuck with both as I won't let go of iPhone or BB
I want to be an Iphone AND a Blackberry nerd both with GSM and satnav!!!
