To question whether or not he was thinking with his penis would mean that perhaps he met some other woman after two months of you two not sleeping together or something.
Or maybe he was just never that into you like you said.
Now did you two really have a lot in common or did you think you all had a lot in common and were carrying it that way and he seemed a bit complacent with it all? There are so many possibilities here that I really don't know how to narrow it down. Is it possible that maybe he wasn't looking for a relationship with you and you ignored those signs?
Then again, maybe he was selling you a line of bull the whole time and just waiting for what he deemed to be the next best thing smoking.
Absent any and all other information, and assuming that what you say is true, then yes, I can see how you might determine that he was thinking with his penis and just dropped what could have been a worthwhile relationship, but really, if he was that ready to move on, chances are it wasn't going to work between you all anyway. Maybe he just did you a favor.
