It's not annoying if he is cool with it, but I certainly hope you're buying him dinner or doing something else nice for him in return. He's doing you a major solid by saving you money on repairs and helping you avoid the stress of dealing with a computer repair store.
How many times are we talking? Just because he's a computer whiz doesn't mean you should take advantage of his super genius robot brain. If your friend was, say, good at sewing, would you rely on him or her every time you get a rip in your jeans? At some point your friend won't be around to help you, and you'll either have to diagnose and fix the problem yourself or take the computer in for professional help. What if he gets a girlfriend who doesn't like that he's a one-man Geek Squad for his female friend? Something to consider for the future.
Definitely ask him if he minds being your 24/7 tech support. He could be doing it out of friend obligation, and be too nice or shy to assert himself. Multiple times without any sort of compensation or returned favors could make for an uneven friendship and lead to resentment down the line.
Also, if he's fixed your computer more than twice, I can all but guarantee that he has a crush on you. So you might want to take that into consideration. This could be the start of a beautifully nerdy romance-- or the beginning of some potential awkwardness.

I think a blow job is in order.
I think you owe him a blow job. This guarantees he will fix your garage door should it need fixing.
A good blow job can open up infinite opportunities for yourself!
I'll do it, but most of the time I secretly find it annoying..
Clearly the consensus is she should make him a nice sandwich.
Good call.
As the IT department for my entire family, yes I do is because I care and want to save them time and money, but there was an entire year that my sister didn't call me for non-computer questions. Just make sure you have a relationship outside of the processor :)
Nick is 100% right about the entire "if he fixes your computer more than twice he has a crush on you". Waaaay back in the day (when fixing computers often involved manually editing the autorun.bat and config.sys files) I had a huge crush on a girl who had a POS Packard Bell PC, and I spent many an evening formatting/reinstalling/setting up stuff for her just so that I could hang out.
.. my best chick friend fixes my computer all the time. She's also my maid of honor. Does that mean she had a crush on me? cause that would be awkward
