Not to diminish your "Big O," but I think the fainting had more to do with the fact that you were soaking in a tub filled with boiling hot water. Jacuzzis come with warnings to not stay in too long, lest you get lightheaded. That coupled with the fact that you were raising your own temperature, so to speak, probably accounts for the blackout.
There are theories that the female orgasm can decrease blood flow to the brain (cause it's all going to your lady business), which could also account for the brief blackout. (It's why the French refer to orgasm by the morbid term La petite mort, or "the little death.") This being your first orgasm, your blood pressure was probably higher than usual as well. But I think the jacuzzi is the real culprit. If you normally faint or black out after orgasms, you probably want to see a doctor. I want to faint from an orgasm *pouts* The first internal orgasm I ever had I was 20 and everything went numb for about 12 seconds and I freaked out, thought the guy had drugged me at first lol I literally couldn't move... I remember even my face was completely numb, couldn't move a muscle... I FINALLY realized what happened and was ready to do it again!
I had a guy pass out on me once after a blow job, so I know it is possible for a guy to faint from orgasm.
For a woman, I can't say as I've only blacked out, not passed out.
But if you can have an orgasm OUT of a hot tub that is so great you pass out, just enjoy it. Don't question it.
