Yes or through his penis. Either will usually do the trick.

I'd be careful about the penis, though. Using that way to get to a man's heart is like driving through the Rockies at night. With no headlights. If you're careful you'll get there, but if you aren't you could drive off a cliff and get eaten by a bear.
