Let's deal with the biology first: vaginas are very, very stretchy. Consider that every day, thousands of them eject babies, which is essentially the equivalent of forcing a bowling ball out of your crotch. So it's unlikely you have a penis that your average vagina is unable to handle.
That said, your average vagina is also five to six inches long. If you're longer than that, and try to put the whole thing in, you'll be pressing against her cervix. Some women enjoy that, some don't. Similarly, if you're pretty big around, that will give her more of a stretch than she's used to. And since most guys are five to six inches long on average, she's not going to know what she likes until she tries it.
So, how to deal with this? Three simple steps: lots of foreplay, lots of lube, and lots of patience. You're going to need to go slowly, and figure out what she likes. This takes lots of practice, but you probably won't have any shortage of practice partners.
