Absolutely not. Look, men are visual creatures. If you have skin that resembles those lizard people on "V", most men are probably not going to be attracted to that. That might sound shallow, but I'm sure there's a scientific reason behind this. Allow me to attempt to explain it without using an real science whatsoever.
Humans are creatures of habit. It's the reason we pay money to see "freak shows". We've all become accustomed to certain aspects of people that we expect to be consistent: 2 arms, 2 legs, eyes, ears, etc. When people are missing something that we all expect of other people, we are usually somewhat turned off (or in odd cases, turned on).
With that said, men usually like women with nice and smooth skin. Leathery, terrain-reminscent skin is a turn off. This also depends racially. I'm a Black dude and I love women with darker skin tones. I absolutely love it. But more generally, I just like nice skin. I don't love makeup because I like to see women's natural attributes.
This is also the reason dermatology is such a big deal and why Jessica Simpson, the world's prototypical blonde chick, managed to snag a commercial for Proactiv. Smooth and supple skin is what men like, no matter what the shade of it.
Though Panama likes nice chocolate skin.

If you're still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you'll know which is right for you.
