I wonder whether he's thinking that since you haven't deactivated your online profile you are still active as well. If I were you, I would tell him that you noticed he still has an active profile and ask him if he's still dating. He may very well respond with "your profile is active too." If anything, this may be a good opportunity to discuss your future, as in, are we a "couple?"
