I agree that it's about being consentual....and he gets the bennie of the doubt, but I'm sure you've seen or heard of relationships where one person is being "kind" and thinks he/she is being respectful, but is actually leading each one on to think they are the only partner.

Well, depends on who you ask. My wife's cousin, its an automatic dealbreaker for her if the man has slept with more than 3 women in his life. Especially if any of them were one night stands.

I remember a very similar question being asked by a woman a while back, though it might have been different GS guy. In any case, the answer was the same as this one. Indeed, the general point of view from these guys is people should feel free to embrace their sexuality, regardless of gender.
