Very quick answer for a long time reader.
It is hard to say. My instinct would be to say there is definitely interest there, simply because guys normally use teasing as a way of defusing tension. Definitely a friend - possibly wants something more.

I was feeling a bit dubitatif... especially since he was very drunk (I was a very sober designated driver of course!) and he came up to me, told everyone I was his "special chemistry buddy annnnnd then starting to touch my pink wig (long story) and .... his ex girlfriend (who is a "good" friend) starting cuddling him... (he didn't cuddle back though). In any case, honestly and communication = best option... or just waiting!

It’s just alcohol…, it’s not a truth serum. He also has a girlfriend, (remember?!) Just walk away & don’t put too much weight on his drunken outburst. Don’t waste your, time worrying about somebody else’s “someone.” PLEASE!
He doesn't have a girlfriend! Note I wrote "ex girlfriend".
And in any case, I wasn't planning on thinking about it too much, I was just curious. But... alcohol is a social lubricator though! There's no denying that it loosens the tongue!
My bad. He was still drinking..., all bets are off when you just add alcohol.
In my experience some guys use teasing as a major way of hitting on you. See if he does it often (when sober) and in a playful way
What if a guy says things like "oooh, you like ____!" and gets his guy friends into playfully teasing you, too. Are they treating me like "one of the guys" or is he trying to be something more?
i would have said yes also, based on your original question alone, but if he only does that when he's around the ex, AND when he's drinking, my second hunch was he might be playing you to get her jealous. that being said, he could more than likely choose anyone to do that with, so there must be some chemistry there with you outside of class too.
