If he is truly a virgin then the first several times are probably going to be great for him but total duds for you. In other words, they will be lightning fast. What you need to do is tell him that you expect the first few to be very quick affairs and that after that they will get much better. Soon enough he'll be kicking ass in that department.
One odd thing here is that you say you are already married but haven't had sex with him yet. That is pretty unusual since everyone knows what happens on the wedding night (unless you sent this question on your wedding night).
