If I were you I would get to the bottom of this asap. It's one thing for someone to dislike giving oral sex--some may eventually come around but there are those who find the act so disgusting that they will never change. However, what makes your situation so abnormal is that he doesn't like to receive them. How can that be?
Right off the bat, I would suggest starting with something obvious like maybe he is squeamish about hygiene. If that is the case, start by taking a shower and getting good and clean. Have him do the same. Make sure he understands that you are both squeaky clean and devoid of germs.
If that doesn't work you can ask him to talk about it and get to the bottom of the issue that way.
If neither of the above work, try to get some counseling, as this is one of life's great pleasures and there is really no reason not to enjoy it.
