The truth is, the only reason why you still give a crap about this guy is because other girls are attracted to him and you're saying to yourself, 'if someone else is playing with that toy, I want it back.' But in reality, should you get back together, you will get rid of him the minute he becomes comfortable in the relationship.
Just because other girls like this guy doesn't mean you should again. It's possible they will eventually begin to feel the way you did and ditch him as well.
You have two options:
1) Do nothing. Move on.
or
2) Make him fall in love with you again and then dump him as soon as you feel "clustered" again.

omg well i know everyone is saying how shes a bitch but you have to think about it this way. See i did the same thing and i knew that i liked the guy but i reliezed i just wasnt in the place to be in a relationship. I had had a death in the family, was going through a depression, was dealing problems with insecurities and just didn't find myself in any way ready for a relationship. I knew that if i continued being in the relationship that it wouldn't be fair to him and me . I needed some alone time to figure out some things and now when seeing my ex with other girls it makes me sad cause i liked him alot and maybe even still have feelings for him
Well, honey, you have to look at her situation, and not yours. She didn't break up him because it was such a bad time, she just did because she was feeling suffocated by his affection. But right when he was giving that affection to other girls, she either a) got jealous, or b) realized too late how good she had it. She missed her chance.
