How about pulling over before you do that? There are enough bad drivers on the road already. You'll still get the illicit excitement of doing it in public in the car without possibly causing an accident. Pull over to a secluded area and hope that a police officer doesn't shine his flashlight in your window. That way you're not endangering yourselves or anyone else on the road. The last thing you want to do is explain to an officer why you blew (no pun intended) that red light.

Me and my boyfriend did this just a few nights ago. We went to the mall and he drove around the parking lot where there were no cars. He said it was amazing.
