Well this depends on the context: are you a tease because you are an overzealous flirt who will tell a guy that you want to rock his world and then fake the funk, or are you the kind of flirt that guys assume he should be able to bone but never gets the chance to. What I'm asking here is, do you deserve the tease title?

If so, the only way to stop being a tease is to stop being a teast. Stop flirting with these guys and misleading the intentions when you know good and well you want nothing more than what you're doing. Either that or seal the deal. Most women who get labeled a tease maintain that title for a long time, but largely, its because a lot of them are a tease.

I used to date this chick who was a tease. She'd be talking big Willie non-sense on the phone and whenever we were in public and you get back to the house and she's all like, "well I'm going to sleep now, I'm tired." She'd start the car, put it in gear, and then decide that she didn't feel like driving and wanted to sit in the parking lot. That is very irritating but at the end of the day, she was just that kind of girl. I eventually just stopped dealing with her altogether because I felt like this non-sense had to exist in other areas of her life.

So, for you, just stop the behavior that you're doing to warrant the title. If you don't want to sleep with a dude or don't want to be with him in any physical or mental way, stop alluding to those things. Just play parcheesi and discuss the Bible or something.
