Moving on, I think you need to not worry about freaking him out. You obviously need some clarity...and I'd think that after 2 years, if you don't have it now, you're not going to get it. So to hell with freaking him out, ask him what's going on with you two so that you can now and make your decision from there. You clearly are interested in him and want to stick around but if he's out here trying to date other people, well, you should question what he wants from you.
So just ask him. Straight up. If it makes him uncomfortable, you may need to pay attention to that.
If hes not committed to you . He owes you nothing and can be on as many dating websites as he pleases.
