What does it even mean? I suppose it would be like calling someone "Mr. Boner." But why the "der" at the end? Wouldn't "Mr. Boneinator" make more sense? Like you're calling someone the Terminator, but of boners?
I think perhaps you got one of those spam emails that tries to get you to visit a naughty website. They try to get your attention with something weird, salacious or generic like, "Check out my pics!" Don't open it or click on anything.

I'm gonna say it means he has sent some kind of racy pictures of you to his friends. Have you taken any?? If you have you should be worried. I'm also guessing that this is a running thing between him and his friends.......think about it.
