Assuming your guy friend is not actually a doctor discussing his day, "weird" is relative. If you want to go traipsing through medical literature, you'll find all sorts of "weird" genitals, although I would advise against Googling "weird vagina". Seriously. Don't do it.
For most people, "weird" is just anything that deviates from their normal experience, but that's not informed by training or anything: just what they've done. If you had some sort of medical problem, you'd know about it. Your gynecologist probably would have let you know, unless he sucks at his job.
So, relax, your vagina is probably absolutely normal. Your guy friend just needs to have a more open mind about vaginas.
If feel comfortable enough discussing vaginas with your guy friend, why not ask him what he meant?
