How do you know we're not telling you what you want to hear? You don't.
You'll just have to assume that we are being as honest as we can. I know I am. And, knowing what I do about my fellow Guyspeakers, I believe they are, too. We're all dudes who like women and want to help you.
Besides, in many cases we're telling you what you don't want to hear: he's not into you. He's lying to you. He's using you for sex. That sort of thing. We could lie and say everything is perfect when it's not, but we don't. We'll also tell you when you're wrong.
If this were Men.com, the approach would be different (more fart jokes!), but I'd like to think that the answers would be just as honest and well-intentioned. I'd probably be meaner, though, and instead of The Wise-Ass, they'd call me The Asshole. And I'd be perfectly fine with that.
So take us at our word until we give you a reason not to. Thanks.

I wouldn't see much point in just answering with what you think women want to hear. I don't think women who come here are looking for that kind of answer either. They'd rather hear a direct and honest opinion from the guys. That's what they are getting here too, I think.

Michi I imagine they are asked ALOT of questions and most likely have a back log to sort through to find the good questions to answer vs the simple ones of yes and no to answer them. Check out Cary's quick list thing to see some of those easy to answer ones. Based on those if they were to answer EVERY question I think it'd take years to answer just the ones from a few months back. Give it time and they are bound to get to it soon, I just hope it wasn't something about needing realationship help.
Thanks, Bleh & Bev, you are right. We can't possibly answer all the questions we get. I try to pick ones that are provocative and haven't been answered previously. It also helps to be succinct.

I think all of these guys are mature, intelligent men who are doing their best to answer truthfully and help out the (sometimes very young) women who come here seeking answers. Bleh is right, there are only 5 of them and just imagine the number of questions in their queues! Be patient and keep looking - it's possible that they have answered a question just like yours already. If not, I'm sure they will eventually. In the meantime, it sure is fun to read about other people's juicy issues, eh?
