Quite simply, while he has a girlfriend all you can do is just stop dealing with him. Nothing more, nothing less.

And yes, he is treating you like the jumpoff and booty call but that's because you're letting it happen. The sooner you realize that unless he wants to be with you (and why would he, he's getting what he needs without being with you) you will be nothing more, the better of you will be.
